I am proud to announce that I have been nominated for the Creative Atlanta Young Professionals Award. I found out this past Friday and had my interview with the judges today. I would like to start of by saying thank you to the people that nominated me as well as Creativity Atlanta for taking the time to meet with me today.


It is a huge honor to be nominated for such an award. At first I found it hard to believe I had been chosen for it. Not to say that I don't deserve it, cause honestly I am not sure wither I do or don't, and it is not my decision either way. But it is truly a great feeling to be nominated for something that I feel so passionately about.

The Young Professional Award recognizes a young, talented advertising professional between the ages of 18 and 31 who has made significant contributions to their organization and community."

I love what I do, you have heard me say this time and time again. And to have the chance to be rewarded for something you care so much about is an amazing thing. When I first looked into this as a career, a lifestyle, I never knew what it would turn into. All the long hours, late nights, endless weekends spent working and trying to push myself and learn more is defiantly worth it in the end.

Regardless of wither I get the award or not I am happy to just be nominated. Thanks again to all that nominated me, friends and family for supporting me, everyone in the industry that inspires me and pushes me harder, and to Creativity Atlanta for recognizing me.
